A low-level client representing AWS Cloud9:

import boto3

client = boto3.client('cloud9')

These are the available methods:

can_paginate(operation_name)

Check if an operation can be paginated.

Parameters
operation_name (string) -- The operation name. This is the same name as the method name on the client. Returns
True if the operation can be paginated, False otherwise.
create_environment_ec2(**kwargs)

Creates an AWS Cloud9 development environment, launches an Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instance, and then hosts the environment on the instance.
