Connect.Client.associate_user_proficiencies(**kwargs)#

>Associates a set of proficiencies with a user.

Request Syntax

response = client.associate_user_proficiencies(

Parameters:
  • InstanceId (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The identifier of the Amazon Connect instance. You can find the instance ID in the Amazon Resource Name (ARN of the instance).

  • UserId (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The identifier of the user account.

  • UserProficiencies (list) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The proficiencies to associate with the user.

    • (dict) –

      Information about proficiency of a user.

      • AttributeName (string) – [REQUIRED]

        The name of user’s proficiency. You must use name of predefined attribute present in the Amazon Connect instance.

      • AttributeValue (string) – [REQUIRED]

        The value of user’s proficiency. You must use value of predefined attribute present in the Amazon Connect instance.

      • Level (float) – [REQUIRED]

        The level of the proficiency. The valid values are 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
